Comment Box

Comments help create and maintain a community of interested users. Add comment boxes so users can provide feedback on your website. 


How do I...

                                

 To add a comment box on your page:

 

  1. Click the Add[] icon at the top left of your builder.
  2. Click +Element.
  3. Click Apps from the menu on the left.
  4. Click or drag and drop the Comment Box to your page.
Note: You can only have one comment box per page.

 To customize your comment box:

                

  1. Click Settings at the top of your builder.
  2. Click Preferences under the Comment Box section.
  3. Apply your preferred settings for the Comments, E-Mail Notification, Spam Protection,  and Moderation options.
  4. Click Save.

Note: Use the pop-up tool box to the right of the comment box on your page to toggle settings such as rating visibility, type, and commenting status.

  To moderate your comment box:

        

  1. Click Settings at the top of your builder.
  2. Click Moderation under the Comment Box section.
  3. Click the check-box to the left of the comment(s) that you would like to select.
  4. Select filter options from the drop-down list. 
  5. Click Apply.

Note: Click the check box to the left of the comment to individually tag it as inappropriate, spam, or trash. 

 To delete your comment box:

 

  1. Click Settingsat the top of your builder.
  2. Click Comment Boxes under the Comment Box section.
  3. Click the check box to the left of the comment box that you'd like to delete.
  4. Click the Delete [] icon to the right.
  5. Click OK.
