You can grant four levels of access:

1. Admin

Admins have the same creative control as the site owner, except that they can't make the initial publish or delete the site.

2. Author

Authors have privileges similar to the admins, but can only edit the pages they have access to.

3. Developer

Developers are third party visitors who have the same privilege as an admin. They do not need to be a part of your organization.

4. Guest

Guests are third party visitors who have the same privilege as an author. They do not need to be a part of your organization.

To invite contributors to your website:

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click Contributors below the General section.
  3. Click Add Contributor in the top-right corner.
  4. Enter the email addresses of users that you'd like to invite and hit enter.
  5. Click the Role dropdown box and select the access level.
  6. Click Share.

Note: Enable the Publish Permission option to allow authors and guests to publish changes. You can also enable page access for authors and guests by clicking the checkboxes to select pages.

Access Contributor Settings

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click Contributors below the General section.

Invited contributors will have setting options displayed to the right of their email address, as shown below:

Change permissions

Select this option to change access permission between author and admin.


Edit Profile

Select this option to update the contributor's nickname and blog URL.

Reinvite

Select this option to resend the invitation.

Remove Contributors

Select this option to remove the invitation.

Form creating access

Contributors who are assigned the admin and developer roles can edit forms.

To enable form editing access:
  1. Click Settings at the top of your builder.
  2. Click Contributors below the General section.
  3. Hover over the contributor for whom you would like to enable form access and click Change Permission to the right of their profile.
  4. Click the Enable as Form Developer switch.
  5. Click Update.

Your contributor will now have access to edit forms on your website.
